NORMAL METAL DETECTOR
– Ibn Dastgah, which is called metal detector in brick, pottery and sand factories, is used to separate parts and alloy metal particles that do not contain a percentage of iron and are not absorbed by the magnet.
– The method of working with the device is such that it is installed as a gate around the conveyor and the siren is sounded when passing the metal piece and if the employer wishes, the tape is cut to allow the metal piece to be removed from the mineral.
– After removing the metal part, the device is reset by the operator and the tape continues to work again.
